Municipality provides us with all existing customer and backflow assembly data, in excel format.
ABSI creates a database for your municipality with all the data provided.
We mail the annual test due notices and 2nd Notices to the appropriate water customers.
The water customer’s tester enters test reports online to the ABSI On-line entry system.
Tester also pays a small fee for each test report submitted, or we have a no-charge to tester online data entry option, for an annual set fee.
The Municipality has overview and administration capabilities.
ABSI Online can email test reports to you, or at your option, the municipality can just Log in to view in real time there water customer. Those 1 to 30 days past due, those over 60 days pass due and take further action per your policy.
You can search-view for any water customer by your “billing number” or by the “water service address”.
