Database Features

• Check any water account and view that property site’s device inventory and status.
  
  
• View 1-30 day past due, or greater than 60 days pass due accounts.
  
  
• Elect to print enforcement letters from our database to your printer, impose a late fine, or send a water shut off notice to your printer.
  
  
• Have test reports emailed to you as they are entered into the online database or simply access test reports for your review, or to print out.
  
  
• Access test reports for your review with option to print
  
  
• System checks for device type and checks for proper data input values.
  
  
• Requires tester registration and valididation of credentials.
  
  
• All test reports must be entered on-line by a properly registered tester. Think of how much time that could save your staff.
